بَلِ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى تَكْذِيبٍ

However, (instead of taking heed from these incidents and accepting Imaan,) the Kuffaar are (persistent) in rejecting (the truth of the Qur'aan)...
