The Holy Quran 83:30 — Surah Al-Mutaffifin

Arabic text

وَإِذَا مَرُّوا۟ بِهِمْ يَتَغَامَزُونَ

Translation

When they (the Mu'mineen) passed by them (the Kuffaar), they (the Kuffaar) used to wink at each other (to mock the Mu'mineen).
