The Holy Quran 83:29 — Surah Al-Mutaffifin

Arabic text

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا۟ كَانُوا۟ مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ يَضْحَكُونَ

Translation

Verily those who (are accustomed to) sin (the Kuffaar) used to laugh at the Mu'mineen (in the world).
