The Holy Quran 7:64 — Surah Al-A'raf

Arabic text

فَكَذَّبُوهُ فَأَنجَيْنَـٰهُ وَٱلَّذِينَ مَعَهُۥ فِى ٱلْفُلْكِ وَأَغْرَقْنَا ٱلَّذِينَ كَذَّبُوا۟ بِـَٔايَـٰتِنَآ ۚ إِنَّهُمْ كَانُوا۟ قَوْمًا عَمِينَ

Translation

They rejected him, and (when Allaah sent a flood to punish them) We rescued him and those with him in the ark, while We drowned those who rejected (and lied about) Our verses. Without doubt they (the majority of them) were a blind nation.

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

فكذبوا نوحًا فأنجيناه ومَن آمن معه في السفينة، وأغرقنا الكفار الذين كذبوا بحججنا الواضحة. إنهم كانوا عُمْيَ القلوب عن رؤية الحق.
