The Holy Quran 7:120 — Surah Al-A'raf

Arabic text

وَأُلْقِىَ ٱلسَّحَرَةُ سَـٰجِدِينَ

Translation

The magicians were thrown into prostration (in humility and submission because of the grand miracle of Moosa عليه الصلاة والسلام, which they realised could have been only from Allaah).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

وخَرَّ السحرة سُجَّدًا على وجوههم لله رب العالمين لِمَا عاينوا من عظيم قدرة الله.
