The Holy Quran 7:119 — Surah Al-A'raf

Arabic text

فَغُلِبُوا۟ هُنَالِكَ وَٱنقَلَبُوا۟ صَـٰغِرِينَ

On that occasion they (the followers of Fir'oun) were defeated and they became the disgraced (humiliated) ones (whereas they always behaved proudly).

فغُلِبَ جميع السحرة في مكان اجتماعهم، وانصرف فرعون وقومه أذلاء مقهورين مغلوبين.
