The Holy Quran 77:48 — Surah Al-Mursalat

Arabic text

وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ٱرْكَعُوا۟ لَا يَرْكَعُونَ

Translation

When they (the Kuffaar) are told to bow (to submit to Allaah's orders and to make Ruku in salaah), they do not bow.
