The Holy Quran 6:153 — Surah Al-An'am

Arabic text

وَأَنَّ هَـٰذَا صِرَٰطِى مُسْتَقِيمًا فَٱتَّبِعُوهُ ۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا۟ ٱلسُّبُلَ فَتَفَرَّقَ بِكُمْ عَن سَبِيلِهِۦ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ وَصَّىٰكُم بِهِۦ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَتَّقُونَ

Translation

And (tell them, O Muhammad ﷺ) "This (obeying all these commands) is indeed my straight path, so follow it. Do not follow other paths, for they will deviate you from Allaah's path (from Islaam). These are the things which Allaah has (solemnly) commanded you so that you may adopt Taqwa."

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ومما وصاكم الله به أن هذا الإسلام هو طريق الله تعالى المستقيم فاسلكوه، ولا تسلكوا سبل الضلال، فتفرقكم، وتبعدكم عن سبيل الله المستقيم. ذلكم التوجه نحو الطريق المستقيم هو الذي وصَّاكم الله به; لتتقوا عذابه بفعل أوامره، واجتناب نواهيه.
