The Holy Quran 6:129 — Surah Al-An'am

Arabic text

وَكَذَٰلِكَ نُوَلِّى بَعْضَ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ بَعْضًۢا بِمَا كَانُوا۟ يَكْسِبُونَ

Translation

In a like manner (as We have made some humans the friends of some evil Jinn) We make some of the oppressors companions of others because of the (evil) deeds that they perpetrate (sinners committing the same sin will suffer the same punishment in the Aakhirah).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

وكما سلَّطْنا شياطين الجن على كفار الإنس، فكانوا أولياء لهم، نسلِّط الظالمين من الإنس بعضهم على بعض في الدنيا; بسبب ما يعملونه من المعاصي.
