The Holy Quran 68:51 — Surah Al-Qalam

Arabic text

وَإِن يَكَادُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ لَيُزْلِقُونَكَ بِأَبْصَـٰرِهِمْ لَمَّا سَمِعُوا۟ ٱلذِّكْرَ وَيَقُولُونَ إِنَّهُۥ لَمَجْنُونٌ

Translation

When the Kuffaar hear the Reminder (the Qur'aan), it seems as if they could almost make you (O Rasulullaah ﷺ) slip (and fall) with their gazes (filled with hatred) and they say, "He is certainly insane!"

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

وإن يكاد الكفار حين سمعوا القرآن ليصيبونك -أيها الرسول- بالعين؛ لبغضهم إياك، لولا وقاية الله وحمايته لك، ويقولون: -حسب أهوائهم- إنه لمجنون.
