The Holy Quran 68:25 — Surah Al-Qalam

Arabic text

وَغَدَوْا۟ عَلَىٰ حَرْدٍ قَـٰدِرِينَ

Translation

They proceeded with the thought that they had the power to withhold (the produce from others).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

وساروا في أول النهار إلى حديقتهم على قصدهم السيِّئ في منع المساكين من ثمار الحديقة، وهم في غاية القدرة على تنفيذه في زعمهم.
