The Holy Quran 54:3 — Surah Al-Qamar

Arabic text

وَكَذَّبُوا۟ وَٱتَّبَعُوٓا۟ أَهْوَآءَهُمْ ۚ وَكُلُّ أَمْرٍ مُّسْتَقِرٌّ

Translation

They deny (whatever they are told) and they follow their whims (they accept only what appeals to their desires) whereas every matter is established (the truth will always remain the truth and falsehood will always remain falsehood regardless of what people have to say).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

وكذَّبوا النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، واتبعوا ضلالتهم وما دعتهم إليه أهواؤهم من التكذيب، وكلُّ أمر من خير أو شر واقع بأهله يوم القيامة عند ظهور الثواب والعقاب.
