The Holy Quran 4:107 — Surah An-Nisa

Arabic text

وَلَا تُجَـٰدِلْ عَنِ ٱلَّذِينَ يَخْتَانُونَ أَنفُسَهُمْ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَا يُحِبُّ مَن كَانَ خَوَّانًا أَثِيمًا

Translation

Do not plead on behalf of those who are unfaithful to themselves (by doing wrong, thereby subjecting themselves to punishment). Verily Allaah does not like him who is extremely deceiving and sinful.

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ولا تدافع عن الذين يخونون أنفسهم بمعصية الله. إن الله -سبحانه- لا يحب مَن عَظُمَتْ خيانته، وكثر ذنبه.
