The Holy Quran 42:29 — Surah Ash-Shuraa

Arabic text

وَمِنْ ءَايَـٰتِهِۦ خَلْقُ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ وَمَا بَثَّ فِيهِمَا مِن دَآبَّةٍ ۚ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ جَمْعِهِمْ إِذَا يَشَآءُ قَدِيرٌ

Translation

From His (Allaah's) Aayaat (denoting His great power) are the creation of the heavens and the earth, as well as every creature that He has dispersed within the two. He has the Power to gather them all (for reckoning) whenever He pleases.

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ومن آياته الدالة على عظمته وقدرته وسلطانه، خَلْقُ السموات والأرض على غير مثال سابق، وما نشر فيهما من أصناف الدواب، وهو على جَمْع الخلق بعد موتهم لموقف القيامة إذا يشاء قدير، لا يتعذر عليه شيء.
