The Holy Quran 3:182 — Surah Ali 'Imran

Arabic text

ذَٰلِكَ بِمَا قَدَّمَتْ أَيْدِيكُمْ وَأَنَّ ٱللَّهَ لَيْسَ بِظَلَّامٍ لِّلْعَبِيدِ

Translation

(They will also be told) "This (punishment) is because of that (sins) which your own hands presented (which you carried out) and Allaah is no oppressor to His bondsmen (you are being punished because you deserve the punishment)."

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ذلك العذاب الشديد بسبب ما قدَّمتموه في حياتكم الدنيا من المعاصي القولية والفعلية والاعتقادية، وأن الله ليس بظلام للعببد.
