The Holy Quran 3:15 — Surah Ali 'Imran

Arabic text

۞ قُلْ أَؤُنَبِّئُكُم بِخَيْرٍ مِّن ذَٰلِكُمْ ۚ لِلَّذِينَ ٱتَّقَوْا۟ عِندَ رَبِّهِمْ جَنَّـٰتٌ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَـٰرُ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا وَأَزْوَٰجٌ مُّطَهَّرَةٌ وَرِضْوَٰنٌ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ بَصِيرٌۢ بِٱلْعِبَادِ

Translation

Say, "Shall I inform you of something better than that (better than the pleasures mentioned above)? For those who have Taqwa are gardens by their Rabb, beneath which rivers flow. There they shall live forever and (they shall also enjoy) purified spouses (who have no defects) and Allaah's pleasure (which is the greatest bounty). Allaah sees His bondsmen (and shall reward or punish them accordingly)." (Allaah knows all)"

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

قل -أيها الرسول-: أأخبركم بخير مما زُيِّن للنَّاس في هذه الحياة الدنيا، لمن راقب الله وخاف عقابه جنات تجري من تحت قصورها وأشجارها الأنهار، خالدين فيها، ولهم فيها أزواج مطهرات من الحيض والنفاس وسوء الخلق، ولهم أعظم من ذلك: رضوان من الله. والله مطَّلِع على سرائر خلقه، عالم بأحوالهم، وسيجازيهم على ذلك.
