The Holy Quran 37:44 — Surah As-Saffat

Arabic text

عَلَىٰ سُرُرٍ مُّتَقَـٰبِلِينَ

Translation

...(where they will be) sitting on thrones (couches), facing each other (and holding friendly conversations).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ومن كرامتهم عند ربهم وإكرام بعضهم بعضًا أنهم على سرر متقابلين فيما بينهم.
