The Holy Quran 32:20 — Surah As-Sajdah

Arabic text

وَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ فَسَقُوا۟ فَمَأْوَىٰهُمُ ٱلنَّارُ ۖ كُلَّمَآ أَرَادُوٓا۟ أَن يَخْرُجُوا۟ مِنْهَآ أُعِيدُوا۟ فِيهَا وَقِيلَ لَهُمْ ذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ ٱلَّذِى كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ

Translation

As for those who are sinful, their abode shall be the Fire. Each time they attempt to come out of it, they will be returned to it (by powerful angels) and told, "Taste of the punishment of the Fire which you used to deny (in the world)."

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

وأما الذين خرجوا عن طاعة الله وعملوا بمعاصيه فمستقرهم جهنم، كلما أرادوا أن يخرجوا منها أعيدوا فيها، وقيل لهم -توبيخاً وتقريعاً-: ذوقوا عذاب النار الذي كنتم به تكذبون في الدنيا.
