The Holy Quran 30:35 — Surah Ar-Rum

Arabic text

أَمْ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ سُلْطَـٰنًا فَهُوَ يَتَكَلَّمُ بِمَا كَانُوا۟ بِهِۦ يُشْرِكُونَ

Translation

Or have (they resorted to Shirk because) We revealed a warrant (a scripture) to them, which speaks about what (gods and idols) they ascribe as partners to Allaah? (This is certainly not the case!)

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

أم أنزلنا على هؤلاء المشركين برهانًا ساطعًا وكتابًا قاطعًا، ينطق بصحة شركهم وكفرهم بالله وآياته.
