The Holy Quran 29:52 — Surah Al-'Ankabut

Arabic text

قُلْ كَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ بَيْنِى وَبَيْنَكُمْ شَهِيدًا ۖ يَعْلَمُ مَا فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ وَٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱلْبَـٰطِلِ وَكَفَرُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْخَـٰسِرُونَ

Translation

Say, "Allaah suffices as a Witness between myself and yourselves. (He is enough as Witness to my Prophethood even if you Kuffaar refuse to believe me.) (Allaah's testimony is beyond doubt because) He knows what is in the heavens and the earth. Those who believe in falsehood and disbelieve in Allaah are (in reality) the true losers (who will suffer losses in both worlds)."

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

قل: كفى بالله بيني وبينكم شاهدًا على صدقي أني رسوله، وعلى تكذيبكم لي وردكم الحق الذي جئتُ به من عند الله، يعلم ما في السموات والأرض، فلا يخفى عليه شيء فيهما. والذين آمنوا بالباطل وكفروا بالله -مع هذه الدلائل الواضحة- أولئك هم الخاسرون في الدنيا والآخرة.
