The Holy Quran 28:17 — Surah Al-Qasas

Arabic text

قَالَ رَبِّ بِمَآ أَنْعَمْتَ عَلَىَّ فَلَنْ أَكُونَ ظَهِيرًا لِّلْمُجْرِمِينَ

Translation

He said, "O my Rabb! On account of the favours (forgiveness, knowledge and wisdom) you have given me, I shall never be among those who are accomplices (supporters of) to criminals (in future)."

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

قال موسى: ربِّ بما أنعمت عليَّ بالتوبة والمغفرة والنعم الكثيرة، فلن أكون معينًا لأحد على معصيته وإجرامه.
