The Holy Quran 27:35 — Surah An-Naml

Arabic text

وَإِنِّى مُرْسِلَةٌ إِلَيْهِم بِهَدِيَّةٍ فَنَاظِرَةٌۢ بِمَ يَرْجِعُ ٱلْمُرْسَلُونَ

Translation

"(Let us therefore take no drastic action until we ascertain their strength and know whether Sulaymaan عليه الصلاة والسلام is a Nabi or just another king. To discover all of this,) I shall send a gift (wealth, women, goods) to them and then see with what (news) the messengers (taking the gift) return." (If Sulaymaan refuses to accept the gift, he must certainly be a Nabi, otherwise not.)
