The Holy Quran 19:31 — Surah Maryam

Arabic text

وَجَعَلَنِى مُبَارَكًا أَيْنَ مَا كُنتُ وَأَوْصَـٰنِى بِٱلصَّلَوٰةِ وَٱلزَّكَوٰةِ مَا دُمْتُ حَيًّا

Translation

"Allaah has blessed me wherever I may be (so that I may always be of benefit to people) and has commanded me to perform salaah and to pay zakaah (when I return to the world before Qiyaamah) as long as I remain alive."

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

وجعلني عظيم الخير والنفع حيثما وُجِدْتُ، وأوصاني بالمحافظة على الصلاة وإيتاء الزكاة ما بقيت حيًا.
