The Holy Quran 17:49 — Surah Al-Isra

Arabic text

وَقَالُوٓا۟ أَءِذَا كُنَّا عِظَـٰمًا وَرُفَـٰتًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقًا جَدِيدًا

Translation

They (the Kuffaar mockingly) say, “Is it that when we turn into bones and pieces (when our bodies decompose after death), we will be resurrected (raised)as a new creation?"

وقال المشركون منكرين أن يُخْلَقوا خَلْقًا جديدًا بعد أن تبلى عظامهم، وتصير فُتاتًا: أئِنا لمبعوثون يوم القيامة بعثًا جديدًا؟
