The Holy Quran 16:64 — Surah An-Nahl

Arabic text

وَمَآ أَنزَلْنَا عَلَيْكَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ إِلَّا لِتُبَيِّنَ لَهُمُ ٱلَّذِى ٱخْتَلَفُوا۟ فِيهِ ۙ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةً لِّقَوْمٍ يُؤْمِنُونَ

Translation

We have sent the Book (the Qur'aan) to you (O Muhammad ﷺ) so that you may explain (completely) to them (to the people) that (the matters of Deen) about which they differ, and (We sent the Qur'aan) as guidance and a mercy for the Mu'mineen.

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

وما أنزلنا عليك القرآن -أيها الرسول- إلا لتوضح للناس ما اختلفوا فيه من الدين والأحكام; لتقوم الحجة عليهم ببيانك الذي لا يترك الباطل مسلكا إلى النفوس، ولكون القرآن هدى لا يترك مجالاً للحيرة، ورحمة للمؤمنين في اتباعهم الهدى ومجانبتهم الضلال.
