The Holy Quran 16:103 — Surah An-Nahl

Arabic text

وَلَقَدْ نَعْلَمُ أَنَّهُمْ يَقُولُونَ إِنَّمَا يُعَلِّمُهُۥ بَشَرٌ ۗ لِّسَانُ ٱلَّذِى يُلْحِدُونَ إِلَيْهِ أَعْجَمِىٌّ وَهَـٰذَا لِسَانٌ عَرَبِىٌّ مُّبِينٌ

Translation

Indeed We know well that they (the Kuffaar) say, "A human (a Christian) teaches him (Rasulullaah ﷺ)." The language of the person to whom they refer is Ajami (non-Arabic), while this (Qur'aan) is in the clear Arabic language (How is it possible for a person whose language is not Arabic to speak such Arabic that even the most eloquent Arabs are unable to match it?).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ولقد نعلم أن المشركين يقولون: إن النبي يتلقى القرآن مِن بشر مِن بني آدم. كذبوا; فإن لسان الذي نسبوا إليه تعليم النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أعجمي لا يُفصح، والقرآن عربي غاية في الوضوح والبيان.
