The Holy Quran 12:39 — Surah Yusuf

Arabic text

يَـٰصَـٰحِبَىِ ٱلسِّجْنِ ءَأَرْبَابٌ مُّتَفَرِّقُونَ خَيْرٌ أَمِ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْوَٰحِدُ ٱلْقَهَّارُ

Translation

"O my two prison companions! Are numerous gods better or Allaah, Who is The One and The Almighty?"

وقال يوسف للفَتَيين اللذين معه في السجن: أعبادةُ آلهةٍ مخلوقة شتى خير أم عبادة الله الواحد القهار؟
