A Second Nikah for a Nashiza (a Wife Who Refuses Her Husband)

Question

A man performed the nikah of his daughter, and the girl kept coming to her husband’s home for some days, but now she does not want to go to him; he comes to take her, but her mother and father do not send her, and a period of 8 years has passed. Can the girl, with her own permission or with her mother and father’s permission, enter into nikah elsewhere or not?

Answer

She cannot, until the husband gives talaq.
