Description

Propane (E944) is a propellant of oil and water-emulsion sprays for professional kitchens and of colour preparations. It is obtained from natural gas (fractionation after oil absorption, adsorption or refrigeration, c1, c4, c5) and by crude-oil distillation (c2); in the literature — by CO2 hydrogenation (c3). Renewable propane (bioLPG) is a by-product gas of hydrotreating (HVO) a mix of vegetable oils (c15, c16)
