The Holy Quran 97:4 — Surah Al-Qadr

Arabic text

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍ

Translation

The angels and the “Rooh" (Jibra'eel عليه الصلاة والسلام) descend with every decision (order) on this night by the command of their Rabb. (It is on this night that the angels with duties on earth receive their instructions for the forthcoming year.)
