كِرَامٍۭ بَرَرَةٍ

Translation

...who are honourable and righteous. (The "scribes” mentioned here can also refer to those Sahabah عليهم الصلاة والسلام who used to write the Qur'aan during the lifetime of Rasulullaah ﷺ.(
