The Holy Quran 7:8 — Surah Al-A'raf

Arabic text

وَٱلْوَزْنُ يَوْمَئِذٍ ٱلْحَقُّ ۚ فَمَن ثَقُلَتْ مَوَٰزِينُهُۥ فَأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْمُفْلِحُونَ

Translation

The weighing (of good and bad actions) on that day (of Qiyaamah) is the truth (and will be absolutely just)! As for those whose scales are heavy (with good actions done with sincerity, love and devotion), they will be the successful ones (who will attain salvation).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ووزن أعمال الناس يوم القيامة يكون بميزان حقيقي بالعدل والقسط الذي لا ظلم فيه، فمن ثقلت موازين أعماله -لكثرة حسناته- فأولئك هم الفائزون.
