The Holy Quran 78:38 — Surah An-Naba

Arabic text

يَوْمَ يَقُومُ ٱلرُّوحُ وَٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُ صَفًّا ۖ لَّا يَتَكَلَّمُونَ إِلَّا مَنْ أَذِنَ لَهُ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ وَقَالَ صَوَابًا

Translation

(This will occur) On the day when the spirit (Jibraeel عليه الصلاة والسلام and every living being) and the angels will stand (humbly) in rows, (overawed by Allaah's presence) none of them will be able to speak except the one whom Ar-Rahmaan permits (to speak) and who speaks correctly (what is appropriate).
