The Holy Quran 78:29 — Surah An-Naba

Arabic text

وَكُلَّ شَىْءٍ أَحْصَيْنَـٰهُ كِتَـٰبًا

Translation

We have meticulously recorded everything in the book (their books of actions). (Therefore they cannot refute anything and will be punished for every sin.)
