The Holy Quran 6:16 — Surah Al-An'am

Arabic text

مَّن يُصْرَفْ عَنْهُ يَوْمَئِذٍ فَقَدْ رَحِمَهُۥ ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْمُبِينُ

Translation

Allaah is indeed merciful to the one from whom punishment is averted. This (being saved from punishment) is clear (great) success.

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

من يصرف الله عنه ذلك العذاب الشديد فقد رحمه، وذلك الصرف هو الظفر البين بالنجاة من العذاب العظيم.
