The Holy Quran 6:110 — Surah Al-An'am

Arabic text

وَنُقَلِّبُ أَفْـِٔدَتَهُمْ وَأَبْصَـٰرَهُمْ كَمَا لَمْ يُؤْمِنُوا۟ بِهِۦٓ أَوَّلَ مَرَّةٍ وَنَذَرُهُمْ فِى طُغْيَـٰنِهِمْ يَعْمَهُونَ

Translation

We shall overturn their hearts (so that they do not accept the truth) and their eyes (so that they do not see the truth) just as they did not have Imaan the first time (because they did not believe the first time) and (We) leave them wandering blind (astray) in their stubbornness (in their arrogance).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ونقلب أفئدتهم وأبصارهم، فنحول بينها وبين الانتفاع بآيات الله، فلا يؤمنون بها كما لم يؤمنوا بآيات القرآن عند نزولها أول مرة، ونتركهم في تمرُّدهم على الله متحيِّرين، لا يهتدون إلى الحق والصواب.
