The Holy Quran 59:17 — Surah Al-Hashr

Arabic text

فَكَانَ عَـٰقِبَتَهُمَآ أَنَّهُمَا فِى ٱلنَّارِ خَـٰلِدَيْنِ فِيهَا ۚ وَذَٰلِكَ جَزَٰٓؤُا۟ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ

Translation

The plight (end) of the two (Shaytaan and the one whom he misleads) is that both shall suffer in the Fire (of Jahannam) forever. This is the punishment of the oppressors (sinners).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

فكان عاقبة أمر الشيطان والإنسان الذي أطاعه فكفر، أنهما في النار، ماكثَيْن فيها أبدًا، وذلك جزاء المعتدين المتجاوزين حدود الله.
