The Holy Quran 54:53 — Surah Al-Qamar

Arabic text

وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٍ وَكَبِيرٍ مُّسْتَطَرٌ

Translation

(The records are so meticulous that) Every minor and major act is recorded (so a person cannot hope to escape punishment based on insufficient evidence against him).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

وكل صغير وكبير من أعمالهم مُسَطَّر في صحائفهم، وسيجازون به.
