The Holy Quran 51:19 — Surah Adh-Dhariyat

Arabic text

وَفِىٓ أَمْوَٰلِهِمْ حَقٌّ لِّلسَّآئِلِ وَٱلْمَحْرُومِ

(In addition to all of this,) There was always a portion of their wealth (reserved) for beggars and deprived people (the poor).

وفي أموالهم حق واجب ومستحب للمحتاجين الذين يسألون الناس، والذين لا يسألونهم حياء.
