The Holy Quran 50:29 — Surah Qaf

Arabic text

مَا يُبَدَّلُ ٱلْقَوْلُ لَدَىَّ وَمَآ أَنَا۠ بِظَلَّـٰمٍ لِّلْعَبِيدِ

Translation

"(So prepare to be punished because) The decision (order) that proceeds from Me shall never be altered and I do not oppress My slaves. (They will be punished only because they deserve the punishment for their sins)."

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ما يُغيَّر القول لديَّ، ولست أعذِّب أحدًا بذنب أحد، فلا أعذِّب أحدًا إلا بذنبه بعد قيام الحجة عليه.
