The Holy Quran 43:83 — Surah Az-Zukhruf

Arabic text

فَذَرْهُمْ يَخُوضُوا۟ وَيَلْعَبُوا۟ حَتَّىٰ يُلَـٰقُوا۟ يَوْمَهُمُ ٱلَّذِى يُوعَدُونَ

Translation

So (after conveying the message of Islaam to the Kuffaar) leave them to engage in talks and to play (to engage in useless vanities) until they encounter (meet) the day (of punishment) that they have been promised.

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

فاترك -أيها الرسول- هؤلاء المفترين على الله يخوضوا في باطلهم، ويلعبوا في دنياهم، حتى يلاقوا يومهم الذي فيه يوعدون بالعذاب: إما في الدنيا وإما في الآخرة وإما فيهما معًا.
