The Holy Quran 42:26 — Surah Ash-Shuraa

Arabic text

وَيَسْتَجِيبُ ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ وَعَمِلُوا۟ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ وَيَزِيدُهُم مِّن فَضْلِهِۦ ۚ وَٱلْكَـٰفِرُونَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ

Translation

He accepts (du'aas and sincere Ibaadah) of those who have Imaan and who do righteous deeds, and He increases (their rewards) for them out of His favour. (On the other hand) There shall be severe punishment for the Kaafiroon.

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ويستجيب الذين آمنوا بالله ورسوله لربهم لِمَا دعاهم إليه وينقادون له، ويزيدهم من فضله توفيقًا ومضاعفة في الأجر والثواب. والكافرون بالله ورسوله لهم يوم القيامة عذاب شديد موجع مؤلم.
