The Holy Quran 40:71 — Surah Ghafir

Arabic text

إِذِ ٱلْأَغْلَـٰلُ فِىٓ أَعْنَـٰقِهِمْ وَٱلسَّلَـٰسِلُ يُسْحَبُونَ

Translation

when yokes will be placed around their necks, as well as chains. They will be dragged... (like prisoners)
