The Holy Quran 34:42 — Surah Saba

Arabic text

فَٱلْيَوْمَ لَا يَمْلِكُ بَعْضُكُمْ لِبَعْضٍ نَّفْعًا وَلَا ضَرًّا وَنَقُولُ لِلَّذِينَ ظَلَمُوا۟ ذُوقُوا۟ عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ ٱلَّتِى كُنتُم بِهَا تُكَذِّبُونَ

Translation

Today (on the Day of Qiyaamah), none shall be able to do good or harm to anyone. We will say to the oppressors (the Kuffaar), "Taste the punishment of the Fire which you used to openly deny."

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ففي يوم الحشر لا يملك المعبودون للعابدين نفعًا ولا ضرًّا، ونقول للذين ظلموا أنفسهم بالشرك والمعاصي: ذوقوا عذاب النار التي كنتم بها تكذبون.
