The Holy Quran 34:38 — Surah Saba

Arabic text

وَٱلَّذِينَ يَسْعَوْنَ فِىٓ ءَايَـٰتِنَا مُعَـٰجِزِينَ أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ فِى ٱلْعَذَابِ مُحْضَرُونَ

Translation

(On the other hand,) Those who exert (tire) themselves to defeat Our Aayaat (to make them seem false to others), these people will be presented (seized) for punishment (in Jahannam).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

والذين يسعون في إبطال حججنا، ويصدون عن سبيل الله مشاقين مغالبين، هؤلاء في عذاب جهنم يوم القيامة، تحضرهم الزبانية، فلا يخرجون منها.
