The Holy Quran 33:57 — Surah Al-Ahzab

Arabic text

إِنَّ ٱلَّذِينَ يُؤْذُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥ لَعَنَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ وَأَعَدَّ لَهُمْ عَذَابًا مُّهِينًا

Translation

Verily those (the Kuffaar) who hurt Allaah and His Rasool (by ascribing partners to Allaah and rejecting the message and Prophethood of Rasulullaah), Allaah curses them in this world and in the Aakhirah, and He has prepared a humiliating (disgraceful) punishment for them.

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

إن الذين يؤذون الله بالشرك أو غيره من المعاصي، ويؤذون رسول الله بالأقوال أو الأفعال، أبعدهم الله وطردهم مِن كل خير في الدنيا والآخرة، وأعدَّ لهم في الآخرة عذابًا يذلهم ويهينهم.
