The Holy Quran 33:48 — Surah Al-Ahzab

Arabic text

وَلَا تُطِعِ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ وَٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَ وَدَعْ أَذَىٰهُمْ وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلًا

Translation

Do not follow (the ways and instructions of) the Kuffaar and the Munaafiqeen, ignore their harassment and rely only on Allaah (for assistance instead of relying on anyone else). Allaah suffices as a Helper. (with Him as a Helper, you need no one else.)

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ولا تطع -أيها الرسول- قول كافر أو منافق واترك أذاهم، ولا يمنعك ذلك من تبليغ الرسالة، وثق بالله في كل أمورك واعتمد عليه؛ فإنه يكفيك ما أهمَّك من كل أمور الدنيا والآخرة.
