The Holy Quran 32:8 — Surah As-Sajdah

Arabic text

ثُمَّ جَعَلَ نَسْلَهُۥ مِن سُلَـٰلَةٍ مِّن مَّآءٍ مَّهِينٍ

Translation

He then made man's progeny (the generations after Aadam عليه الصلاة والسلام) from a product of lowly water (sperm).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ثم جعل ذرية آدم متناسلة من نطفة ضعيفة رقيقة مهينة.
