The Holy Quran 30:50 — Surah Ar-Rum

Arabic text

فَٱنظُرْ إِلَىٰٓ ءَاثَـٰرِ رَحْمَتِ ٱللَّهِ كَيْفَ يُحْىِ ٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَآ ۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ لَمُحْىِ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍ قَدِيرٌ

Translation

So look at (and appreciate) the evidence (signs) of Allaah's mercy and how He revives the earth after its death. Undoubtedly, (Only) He gives life to the dead and He has power over all things (one should therefore never lose hope in Him).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

فانظر -أيها المشاهد- نظر تأمل وتدبر إلى آثار المطر في النبات والزروع والشجر، كيف يحيي به الله الأرض بعد موتها، فينبتها ويعشبها؟ إن الذي قَدَر على إحياء هذه الأرض لمحيي الموتى، وهو على كل شيء قدير لا يعجزه شيء.
