The Holy Quran 29:60 — Surah Al-'Ankabut

Arabic text

وَكَأَيِّن مِّن دَآبَّةٍ لَّا تَحْمِلُ رِزْقَهَا ٱللَّهُ يَرْزُقُهَا وَإِيَّاكُمْ ۚ وَهُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ

Translation

How many are the animals who do not (even) carry their own provision (as you do)? (Despite this), Allaah (still) sustains them and you (people) as well. (You should therefore have no fear of sustenance when you make Hijrah, leaving your possessions behind.) He is the All Hearing (hears all your du'aas), the All Knowing (knows your needs and will fulfil them).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

وكم من دابة لا تدَّخر غذاءها لغد، كما يفعل ابن آدم، فالله سبحانه وتعالى يرزقها كما يرزقكم، وهو السميع لأقوالكم، العليم بأفعالكم وخطرات قلوبكم.
